I’m Zoe Lewarne-Jansen, an HR consultant with a strong background in global human resources.

Living in Hertfordshire, I am part British and part South African, I have a degree in the arts and am a qualified MCIPD and leadership coach. I am also a keen student of wine and in my free time work towards my level 4 WSET in wine and viticulture. 

I have a proven track-record of delivering commercial and strategically aligned results and am passionate about the role HR plays in benefitting all stakeholders. I like working cross-culturally, within entrepreneurial, creative cultures to help make a difference to individuals, organisations and the wider community.

Before launching Zoe J Consulting (Zoe J was a nickname given to me by a former boss and it stuck!)  in 2019, I worked around the world; in large corporations such as Amazon, Juniper and LexisNexis, but also in smaller technology and digital media start-ups. 

My ideal client is an organisation that is growing or changing, perhaps a smaller or mid-sized enterprise that is wishing to review and enhance their people strategies or wanting to coach their HR team and other key talent. I can work independently, alongside your HR or leadership team or with trusted associates, depending on the scope of your project.
